We are able to ship anywhere in the continental (lower 48) states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, and the non-contiguous states at this time.
All shipments are frozen over dry ice. Please plan accordingly when placing your order for delivery. Our products may take up to 2-3 days to completely thaw. Bullbourne Bison recommends our customers thaw products in the refrigerator for best freshness.
Orders will be processed on the following Mondays and Tuesdays after purchase.
Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please contact info@bullbournebison.com for any order concerns.
All orders have an estimated delivery of 1-2 days after shipping. We only ship Tuesday-Thursday of every week. We ask you to please accept all packages, even if it is delayed or damaged. If there are any issues, please contact us. Inclement weather may delay shipments. Bullbourne Bison is not responsible for unpredictable weather conditions that may occur.
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. BOX addresses. Bullbourne Bison highly recommends using residential addresses in order to decrease shipping and delivery delays.
Order changes are okay! Be sure to place all order changes at least 2 business days before shipment. After an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Once orders have been shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancellation request.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with an order that has been delivered please reach out to us by emailing us at info@bullbournebison.com. In order to resolve an issue, please provide clear pictures of the product and packing slip.
